Sign up and click "Get care". Select a specialty and fill out a short intake form about what’s going on. Then, we'll match you with a Canadian-licensed specialist based on your location. Depending on the specialty, you can book an appointment or request a visit as soon as possible.
Step 2
Start your visit
Once the specialist reviews and accepts your request, your visit will start—either right away or at your scheduled time through secure live chat, audio or video.
Step 3
Get your care plan
If a prescription or treatment plan is right for you, you’ll receive it digitally in the Maple app. Prescriptions are sent to your pharmacy or delivered to your door for free.
