Set hours of access

TELUS Health MyCare only offers care from healthcare providers during set hours on weekdays and weekends. 

Depending on the time of your requested consultation, you may not be able to see a doctor.

Not available Canada-wide

TELUS Health MYCare only offers consultation in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, and Saskatchewan. 

This may mean you can’t get access to a healthcare provider on TELUS Health MyCare, depending on where you live. 

No medical notes

TELUS Health MyCare doesn’t offer patients the option of receiving a medical note. 

If a medical note is what you’re looking for, you’ll need to go elsewhere to speak to a Canadian-licensed physician or nurse practitioner who can assess you and provide a note, as necessary.

Comparatively less specialists

TELUS Health MyCare has two specialties – you can see a mental health counsellor or a dietitian.
