All prescriptions are at the discretion of the healthcare provider. You can let the healthcare provider know if you would prefer to have the sublingual (under-the-tongue) formulation or the injectable formulation. Some important things to note about each formulation:

1. Sublingual GLP-1 Formulation:

• This specialized under-the-tongue formulation is unique to our service. If you receive a prescription for this formulation, it will be limited to a national delivery pharmacy for prescription preparation and delivery. There is no option for in-person pickup.

2. Injectable GLP-1 Formulation:

• For injectable formulations (e.g. Ozempic, Wegovy), you can use our pharmacy partner for delivery or ask the pharmacy partner to transfer your prescription to the pharmacy of your choice.
