Requesting a consultation on Maple is easy

First, describe your symptoms

Log in to Maple, select “Get care”, and enter a description of your medical request.

The app will then use your location to match you with a Canadian-licensed general practitioner. You’ll hear from a provider in less than five minutes on average.

Next, you'll hear from the general practitioner

One of our general practitioners will review your request and your consultation will begin. You can choose to communicate with the provider through audio, text, or video.

Our general practitioners are Canadian-licensed and practice in their respective fields right here in Canada. They can treat many conditions without you ever having to leave home.

Get advice and treatment on Maple

You can receive medical advice, prescriptions, lab requisitions, and more within your consultation.

You’ll receive any prescriptions digitally within the app and can choose to pick them up from the pharmacy of your choice or have them delivered to your door. Lab requisitions can be downloaded, printed, and taken to a lab or imaging centre near you.

Please note: Maple is not a pharmaceutical manufacturer, nor are we an online pharmacy. This means you'll need to buy your medication from the pharmacy once you have your prescription.
