How to get started with Maple
From your phone, tablet, or computer, you can connect with an online Canadian-licensed physician within minutes or schedule an appointment with a mental health therapist. This is available to the primary cardholder and co-owner on your account (5 visits for each of them, up to two cardholders on the account).1

Open the app and click the “Get care” button. One of our healthcare providers will review your request and respond in minutes.

Chat with a doctor
Next, you'll be connected to the healthcare provider. Consultations usually take place over secure text message, but the doctor may request video, or audio chat if needed.

Get a diagnosis or prescription
Doctors and nurse practitioners can diagnose and provide prescriptions as necessary during your consultation.
How do I get access?
Once you’ve been approved for the BMO® World Elite®* Business Mastercard®* or BMO AIR MILES®† World Elite®* Business Mastercard®* credit cards, you’ll receive an email from [email protected] inviting you to create your Maple account. You can also register at getmaple.ca/bmo. Once you’ve registered, you can log into Maple and start using your visits right away.

This card benefit provides you and your family members access to five online visits with either a general practitioner (available 24/7 in minutes) or a mental health therapist (available on demand within 12 hours or by appointment).
How do I register for Maple to get access to my five visits?
Once your BMO® World Elite®* Business Mastercard®* or BMO AIR MILES®† World Elite®* Business Mastercard®* account has been opened, you’ll receive an email from [email protected] inviting you to create your Maple account within 14 business days. Once you’ve registered, you can log into Maple and start using your visits right away.1
Who are the doctors and what can they diagnose?
Maple's doctors are hand-selected, qualified doctors from across Canada. They’re the same providers you can see in person. Maple’s network of doctors can treat many conditions including cold and flu, infections, chronic conditions, sexual health concerns, skin problems, and many more.2

1. The primary cardholder and a co-owner (if applicable) on the BMO World Elite Business Mastercard[AR1] and BMO AIR MILES World Elite Business Mastercard credit card account, will each receive an onboarding email from Maple within the first 14 days the BMO World Elite Business Mastercard and BMO AIR MILES World Elite Business Mastercard credit card account is opened. The primary cardholder and co-owner must register through this email invite in order to access their visits and are subject to the terms provided by Maple for use of its services. So long as BMO offers eligible cardholders access to this benefit, the 5 visits will renew every calendar year (January to December). If the BMO World Elite Business Mastercard and BMO AIR MILES World Elite Business Mastercard credit card account is closed, the primary cardholder and co-owner forfeit any visits that have not been used.
2. Maple’s physicians, nurse practitioners, and allied healthcare professionals are Canadian licensed and practice in their respective fields right here in Canada. If a cardholder is outside of their province of residence or abroad, they can still access their visits on Maple and connect with these professionals. For an additional fee, Maple also offers access to a wide variety of specialists such as dermatologists, pediatricians and endocrinologists.
