Your responsibility: As an administrator, you must ensure that your Maple benefits are provided to eligible individuals within your organization.
How? By submitting your participants' update in a file that meets our requirements. Details on the procedure to follow are outlined below.
How often? If you have any changes to report for your list, please send them to us every month.

I have team members to add/remove from benefits. When and what should I send?
You can send a complete active file indicating all eligible employees at least 5 business days before the first day of the following month on a monthly basis.
Any submission received after the deadline will be processed the following month.
When do we process these administrative changes?
These changes will be processed on the first day of the month.
Is there a limit to the number of files I can submit?
Only one file per client will be processed per month. If you upload multiple, only the latest will be processed.
When can new members register for the services?
New employees listed on the eligibility list can register at getmaple.ca/pinc from the first day of the month following their eligibility submission.

What type of file is required?
Only CSV files should be uploaded.
Your file must have a .csv extension upon final save.
How should I name the eligibility file I am submitting?
Please name your file by including the date you upload it and your company's name.
Recommended format:
yyyy-mm-dd_CompanyName or DivisionName
What minimal information must I include for an eligible participant?
(Ref: required information for employees to register at getmaple.ca/pinc)
Mandatory fields
- First name
- Last name
- Unique email address (each employee must have a unique email address)
- Date of birth in the following format: yyyy-mm-dd
- Name of the company or division (important to enter the exact name provided to Maple when setting up the services)
Is there anything I should avoid in my file?
The file must not be password protected. You can upload your file safely on this page.
