If they think your condition is more serious, they may tell you to go to a clinic for an in-person, hands-on examination.
How do I see a dermatologist through Maple?
Using Maple is very simple. Sign up, log in, and click the “See doctor” button. Then, select “dermatologist” as the type of provider you’d like to see. Once you enter your symptoms and attach any images that might be helpful, your request will be securely sent to a Canadian-licensed dermatologist for review. Your file will be reviewed within a matter of hours, and the dermatologist will ask any follow up questions needed to develop a diagnosis and treatment plan. If the dermatologist can’t help, your visit will not start and you will not be charged.
